/Our products
We fill the gaps in your capabilities. This is where we turn great ideas into brands, stories, products and launches.

Who it’s for
Leadership teams or founders with a specific initiative (new product, repositioning, category move) who need the whole table pulling in the same direction.Problem it solves
“Everyone has a different version of the story, and it’s slowing down decisions and diluting the work.”Format
Pre‑reading: decks, research, business context. One full‑day workshop. Short follow‑up session to lock decisions.Deliverables
Workshop summary with key decisions and tensions surfaced. Draft positioning narrative and audience focus. Messaging pillars you can actually brief other people against.Duration
Around 3 weeks including prep and synthesis.Example products / stages
A heritage tea brand about to brief a design agency on a packaging refresh but unsure what the core story actually is.
A craft brewery with a new low‑/no‑alcohol line being tested in taprooms but no joined‑up narrative beyond “healthier.”
A running retailer launching an own‑label apparel range alongside big brands and needing to know if its story is genuinely distinctive.
A charity about to go into a major fundraising push with three different, competing narratives in play.
A founder‑led DTC food start‑up that’s grown fast on social but can’t articulate its proposition clearly off Instagram.

Workshop summary with key decisions and tensions surfaced. Draft positioning narrative and audience focus. Messaging pillars you can actually brief other people against.Duration
Around 3 weeks including prep and synthesis.Example products / stages:
A family‑owned bakery exploring a frozen retail range for the first time and needing alignment on who it’s really for and why now.
A premium coffee roaster entering ready‑to‑drink cans and arguing internally over “on‑the‑go energy” vs “slow ritual in a can.”
An outdoor brand expanding from running into hiking and unsure whether it’s one brand, a sub‑brand, or a totally new play.
A university innovation centre with a portfolio of start‑ups and no coherent external story about what binds them together.
A regional brewery deciding whether its sustainability work is a real story or just compliance.

Who it’s for
Brands with a defined product or initiative that need a clear, compelling story and brand platform, including packaging, before they pour money into launch or find themselves.Problem it solves
“You have a good idea and some early traction, but no coherent story, brand frame, or core content to carry it into the world.”Format
12‑week sprint with a set rhythm of working sessions. Our full team on strategy, plus design/film/photography. Structured milestones so you always know what’s next.Deliverables
Positioning and narrative. Core brand story document and messaging framework. Identity to operate and launch. A focused set of hero assets to test and launch with (stories, copy, initial imagery).Duration
3 months, tightly scoped.Example products / stages:
A new electrolyte drink that’s already in small‑batch production, with athletes testing it, but no clear positioning versus big sports drinks.
A direct‑to‑consumer snack brand that has repeat customers but no brand platform beyond “tastes good and looks nice on Instagram.”
A running shoe collab between a retailer and a niche manufacturer that needs a sharp, limited‑run story to justify the higher price.
A special edition beer tied to a local event that needs a story strong enough to work in trade sell‑in, on‑pack, and social.
A food tech spin‑off from a university lab that has a functional prototype but needs a human story investors and buyers can understand.
Stages this is perfect for: late concept / pre‑launch, soft‑launched but under‑performing, or about to scale into bigger distribution with no real story yet.

Who it’s for
Brands with a defined product or initiative that need a clear, compelling story and brand platform, including packaging, before they pour money into launch or find themselves. Plus testing structure.Problem it solves
“We have the product, but not the launch system: brand, content, and channels pulling together around a defined moment or phase.”Format
An integrated team of strategists, designers, filmmakers, photographers and writers assembled around your needs. Clear phases: plan → create → launch → learn.Deliverables
Full visual identity system or major extension, ready for real‑world use. 60–90 day launch content plan with channels and themes. A defined suite of assets (films, photography, landing pages, decks, social campaigns, sales tools). Basic KPI and measurement framework so you can see what’s working.Duration
3–6 months, depending on scope and markets.Example products / stages:
A new hero product for a mid‑size FMCG brand (for example, a flagship bar or drink) about to go from regional to national listing and needing serious launch creative.
A rebrand and range extension for a legacy family food business moving from “local favourite” to national specialist.
An own‑label range for a retailer (e.g. performance nutrition, outdoor gear) that needs naming, identity, photography, launch content, and in‑store story.
A charity’s 50‑year anniversary campaign that needs a visual world, hero film, photography, and a 90‑day content plan around a single narrative.
A festival or flagship event (running, food, drink) that wants a coherent story, visual identity, and launch campaign rather than a poster and a hope.
Typically, the product is real, the supply chain is lined up, and money is about to be spent, regardless, but the launch system doesn’t yet exist.
-
Who it’s for
Brands that have launched (or are mid‑launch) and want a consistent, senior partner to keep the story sharp, the content meaningful, and the signals coming back from the market.Problem it solves
“We can’t keep the quality up with only internal bandwidth, launches stall, content gets reactive, and there’s no one responsible for the story over time.”Format
Monthly retainer, typically 6–12 months. Fixed number of strategic sessions plus a defined content/oversight package. Access to your network of specialists as needed.Deliverables
Strategy and KPI review against agreed goals. Content and campaign planning tied to real commercial priorities. Direction and oversight on key pieces. Ability to plug in small launch bursts or experiments without re‑scoping a full project each time.Duration
Ongoing, with check‑ins every month to adjust scope and focus.Example products / stages:
A brewery or distillery that has launched a new range and now needs ongoing content, stories from the taproom, and seasonal campaigns, not just a one‑off splash.
A scale‑up food or drink brand that’s in multiple retailers and wants a consistent story across trade marketing, consumer campaigns, and founder content.
An outdoor or running brand that runs events, product drops, and collaborations throughout the year and needs someone owning the narrative arc.
An innovation hub or accelerator that needs regular case studies, founder stories, and reports to show its impact to funders and partners.
A family business mid‑succession that is changing leadership, modernising the range, and needs continuity in how the story evolves over 12–24 months.
This is for post‑launch, mid‑scale, or “lots of moving parts” brands where the risk is drift and dilution rather than absence of ideas
